The one without a stick scurries forward and holds a hand out like he's gonna lead you somewhere.

He gets a twin on each hand! They both pull in roughly the same direction, but not really in unison. Neither is strong enough to move him independently though so it's mostly just directional tugs.

You guys just live out in the garden or is there a big house too?

They tug him along to a little grove of fruit trees near the middle of the garden. They don't look especially decorated or very special, except that at child-height someone has tied a little thread around one of the trunks to mark it as their Favorite Tree.

One of the twins (the one with the stick) lets go of your hand and runs over to pat the tree with the thread.

"This is the best one."
