now that he's awake it's clear that he's not exactly the Jackson Umbra you're familiar with. he's like... 22 or 23 at the oldest, and the scar on his neck is like Really Prominent, like it's extremely fresh. his voice is also a little raspy. ]

Well, this is the Jackson Umbra who only came out of hiding because the Dream Drift sort of kidnapped him, after all.

The path out is unobstructed, it looks like he could retreat and come back whenever he wanted.
